Return Policy

Easy 30-day Returns (Conditions may apply)

Although we ensure that your online purchase goes smoothly and that the products that you receive are the best possible for your space and needs, we understand that there will always be instances where you need to return your order.

We allow returns within 30 days of delivery to get a refund if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Some conditions that apply for a return are:

  1. We charge a 12% restocking fee plus the shipping costs for the return to our warehouse. This will apply even if you had free shipping initially during the purchase. No other fees will be charged.
  2. Products ordered via a quotation prepared by one of our furniture specialists are excluded from this return policy and cannot be returned even if some or all products are unpacked
  3. All ergonomic accessories (included in the 'Accessory' product category), desks and tables, Gardex files, and any metal file cabinets are also excluded from the return policy

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that you save any documents that you receive for your order for your records.

 

Procedure to Return a Product

  1. Please contact the Office Furniture customer service team at 905-940-4441 during normal business hours. You may also send an email to info@officefurnitures.ca to inform us of your intent to return the products
  2. We will provide you with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and determine the best way to return the product.
  3. All items must be in their original packaging (including all information, instruction and assembly sheets, parts, tools, etc.). Please Note: We do not accept Open Boxes.
  4. Clearly indicate your RGA number on the package and dispatch the product. Note that you will be 100% responsible for the protection from damages to the returned product during transportation.
  5. The returned product has to be in a new and unused condition, with an RGA number and in its original packaging to be refunded.
  6. Once we have received, inspected and approved the product, we will send you an email confirming the receipt and the refund. We will deduct a 12% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping to return the product to Office Furniture’s warehouse.
  7. Your refund will be credited using the same payment method as the original purchase. It may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to be posted to your account.
